GENERAL PROVISIONS

These provisions are applicable to anyone who books an entry ticket, an activity or a training course organized by the Aquascope Virelles.

1 - Reservations

Reservations are made exclusively via our online shop via the link http://shop.aquascope.be .

These will be considered final when the Aquascope Virelles has received payment for the activity(ies) or training(s) chosen upon your registration. If your payment could not be made, your registration will be canceled automatically by our system.

2 - Cancellation

Registration for an activity or training is non-refundable if you have not taken out cancellation insurance. You no longer know how to participate in an activity or training already booked?Remember to offer the place to someone you know and let us know of the change by email, at the following address: secretariat@aquascope.be (specifying the name and email of the person and the training to which they replace).

For the wild dawns but also our trainings, we can help you find a replacement by sending the information of your cancellation to the people on our waiting list (with your authorization, we give them your email or telephone number to to be able to put you in contact and proceed to payment). Also contact the address above if you need this help.

However, it may happen that we have to cancel an activity / training due to circumstances that are not attributable to us or for reasons inspired by the general interest or the safety of the participants.In this case, we inform the participant(s) as soon as possible and of course offer either to cancel the reservation and refund the sums already paid, or to postpone the activity to another date.

3 - Accident and liability insurance

Each person must comply with the rules of caution and respect the safety instructions in force on the site. We cannot be held responsible for accidents that would be due to individual imprudence.

Our insurance covers our civil liability for any damage resulting from a fault that could be attributable to us except during a canoe trip. Indeed, we cannot guarantee the management of the personal belongings of the participants. The fact of boarding electronic devices in this type of boat is a risk known to all and accepted. Everyone remains the guardian of their own personal effects, especially during this type of activity.

4 - Necessary equipment

Participants will ensure that they have adequate clothing and specific equipment as specified in the details of our online shop.

5 - Rules of good conduct with nature

Disrespecting the environment is disrespecting ourselves.

During your activity or training, we invite you to respect the instructions given by VIRELLES NATURE in order to preserve the environment and the cleanliness of the places where your activities take place.

6 - Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that your training goes as smoothly as possible and we will do our best to settle any disputes that may arise. Any complaints must be sent to us within 30 days of the activity. After this time, we will refuse to take it into consideration.
